He did well for me. Through my jail time he was very easy to get a hold of, he even went and got my girlfriend out of jail(that wasn't asked of him or paid for), and we ended up with a fair plea bargain.
In my opinion, Mr. Robusto is a gentlemen who's personal and caring. He's one of the last great lawyers left.
I hired this attorney 2 years ago. Why I waited so long for a resolution? One word trust. You assume that once you sign a contract with someone and pay the fees requested they will do what is within the allowable legal system to help. Isn't that why one becomes a defense attorney. This attorney has vacated his office and moved out of California and never refunded me, represented me or even told me he was no longer going to assist me in my case. Unfortunate that people take advantage of people!
