Most questions were answered quickly, but not in detail. I was not told to claim HOA fees & was told to stop paying all bills. A judgment was about to be placed against me to pay HOA fees on a home I turned over. He said to not pay & said he would call the HOA attorney. He never called the attorney & not paying the fees wouldn't stop a judgment. I paid about $1500 to avoid a judgment & had to talk with another attorney about my 2nd home's HOA fees as he wasn't very helpful after the case.
