I hired Vincent Tucci and want to share my experience. Communication was inconsistent, and I felt strong pressure to accept a plea instead of proceeding with a preliminary hearing. After changing attorneys, the hearing went forward and the outcome was in my favor. From what I observed, most of his recent work appears to involve stand-in appearances for other attorneys and appointed matters through the state panel, rather than full case litigation. He also has not taken a case to trial in years. If you need an attorney who regularly litigates and is prepared to take a case to hearings or trial, he may not be the best fit. Based on my experience, his style felt more reactive and emotional than calm or steady. If you prefer an attorney who is consistently calm and collected, you may want to ask questions to see whether his approach fits your needs Before hiring, I recommend asking about how he will advance your case and what he can offer beyond a public defender in detail.
Hiring this thief was a horrible mistake i made, when ever I had questions he was rude and would cuss me out so i gave him the same treatment and he hung up in my face and now wont pick up, wich is fine by me because I don't want a thiefing snake representing me. To anyone out there I advise you not to hire this guy ,look elsewhere this guy will only steal your money and be rude to you.
