Marsha; was wonderful handling all our issue so professional with the lender Bank of America and made result very fast she took all the hard thing off our back, and made it very easy on us go true a short sale. The very good team, they work very hard for you like theirs own problem.
Mr. Rasmussen and his team were very knowledgable when it came to handling my Short Sale with my lender. I walked away from a condo I was 100K underwater on without any recourse from the bank. Without the assistance of the Rasmussen Law Firm this could have had a very different outcome.
I was unfortunately in a situation where I could not make the payments on my home due to a large reduction in my income. Rasmussen Law Firm assisted me with a short sale allowing me to leave a situation in pretty good shape. They fought against two different banks to have them change the wording in their approval letters to remove any language allowing those banks to come after me in the future. I would tell everyone to seek the representation from this law firm if they need a short sale.
