Robert Lemen was very good at discovering key facts during the deposition process. He did not back down when resisted by opposing counsel, but always acted as a gentleman. He has very good intuition concerning juries. His arguments before the jury were calm but forceful. He worked very long hours during the trial to make the best case. He was also patient in answering many questions.
MMNT is always quite knowledgeable and responsive to our company's legal needs.

Rod Stern aka William Roderick Stern, a partner at Murtaugh Treglia, Stern & Deily LLP. and an officer of the court, with cases throughout southern California; Orange County, Los Angeles county, others, has engaged in unlawful activities currently being investigated by California State Bar. Violated probate, state and federal laws, professional ethics’s and business conduct and welfare acts. W.Rod Stern, aka William Roderick Stern, is deeply established with various judges and others in probate and civil courts, engaged in multiple exparte communications for purposes to manipulate and deceive the court, engaged in witness tampering and donating undisclosed funds to judge. W. Rod Stern and anyone associated with him, should be approached with caution.
Working with these lawyers has NOT been a good experience! I am crying, I am so upset. Where is my money! I am a grandmother and a mother. MTSD were hired for their legal expertise in my life planning endeavors. Now, I have no access to my money! I see other reviews on this site and others with “stars” and no comments on their legal services and other comments about, “they moved up in the building and have a nice office-penthouse floor.” So what, these comments have nothing to do with actual legal services. I have hired them and I would never hire them again! It is my biggest regret. I do not trust them. Period. There’s more to this and as time permits, I will provide more information! I am absolutely devastated. I want performance, not a fancy office with extremely high fees. Again, where is my money?
I cannot give these lawyers a good rating whatsoever. They have cost me substantial money. I am also aware of a developer who terminated his relationship with them. I am encouraging him to file his concerns as well as people need to know the real truth, not fellow lawyers or friends writing evaluations! As God is my witness this is the truth!
Would not recommend this law firm. I felt taken advantage of and was charged a lot of money for unwanted, unnecessary and sloppy work.
