Mr. Dolnick was surprisingly referred to me by another Attorney. I called Mr. Dolnick and spoke to him about representing me for a DVRO appeal. We spoke for about 10 minutes and he seemed interested in taking my case, so I forwarded him all the necessary documents he requested. I didn't hear from him for 8 days, so I called him. When I spoke to him he said he never received my documents, but as we were on the phone he "found them in his spam folder." Since he came recommended from another Attorney I know and trust I let it slide. Mr. Dolnick then told me to give him a few days to review the contents of the email ONCE AGAIN. I waited 3 days, and never heard from him. I called his office twice and was sent to his voicemail both times. I also sent him an email and he never responded. I am just a simple blue collar worker going through a tough Divorce. I work hard for my money and I want to spend it with an Attorney that actually cares about myself and my case. Mr. Dolnick is not that man
Keith Dolnick is unprofessional at best. Initially felt hopeful for resolution after retaining his services for what should have been a very simple divorce. His lack of responsiveness and care for paying clients is disappointing. Unsure if it was "too small" a case for him to care or if he maintains a lackadaisical tempo in every area of life, but if you want your case moved forward or resolved- 10/10 would not recommend Keith. Ethically questionable and I wish I'd paid more attention to warning reviews online prior to wasting time and money only to retain an attorney that was competent and thorough enough to close my case.
