Ed Inouye has been my trust attorney for over 20 years. I have found him to be very responsible and up to date with the estate planning law. He is a sole practitioner with a small staff, therefore when he is in court, he might not be as responsive but he will always get back to you. Also, his fees are more than reasonable because of less overhead. I am happy to recommend Mr. Inouye's service to everyone I know.
We visited Mr. Inouye on the recommendation of our daughter. Her husband has sought counsel from Mr. Inouye for his corporation legal work and he has set up their trusts. Our existing trust needed revision/restating in view of changing circumstances of our adult children and our grand children before we left for a two week trip to Asia.
Mr. Inouye was pleasant but showed no urgency or made timely contact. Repeated phone and e-mail inquiries were unanswered.
Hired Mr Inouye to handle trust and LLC's. Highly recommended from a friend. We had so many problems. Lack of communication. Documents recorded with the wrong address, LLC recorded in the wrong names. we had to hire another attorney to correct all the mistakes. Please do your full research before moving forward with this Attorney. If we would have read the yelp reviews we would have never hired Edward Inouye and saved lots of time money and trouble.
