About Charles R. Fenton

Charles R. Fenton graduated from San Diego State University before receiving his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is a member of the California, Arizona, and Nevada State Bars. Before the practice of law, Mr. Fenton worked as a commercial insurance broker specializing in complex liability insurance coverage. For more than a decade, Mr. Fenton has limited his practice to the representation of homeowners associations and commercial property owners in complex construction defect cases.

Mr. Fenton is a regular instructor of California homeowner association law and an active member of the Community Associations Institute and the California Association of Community Managers.
