I had a wonderful experience working with Matt Cadwell of Boyd Law. He is highly experienced and skilled in resolving matters of family law. He was extremely patient, kind , attentive, and articulate. He gave clear concise advice and instruction, which made it easier and less stressful for me. He works fast and was very conscious of keeping my costs low. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for solid support and representation while dealing with difficult family law matters.
I would strongly urge reconsideration when deciding whether to hire at Boyd Law. I retained Thomas Georgianna for asset protection advisement. Between two phone calls totaling approx 1hr 15 min I received NO information on how to protect my assets. The majority of the phone calls were spent by Mr Georgianna telling me personal stories. I seemed to have more knowledge about asset protection than he. I informed him of what the homestead exemption limit was and what the garnish limit was, his response when informed him of this "I will have to get back to you on that". Instead, I ended our retainment agreement. He charged me multiple of thousands of dollars for this claiming he did hours of research. I still have not received any information about protecting my assets for which I retained him. Again, I would strongly urge reconsideration when hiring at this firm.
Quality of services was far from acceptable.
My attorney at Boyd Law, Matt Cadwell had limited abilities in presenting my family law case in a knowledgeable, comprehensive and professional manner. In addition, I feel that I was completely over charged. Overall, I was absolutely dissatisfied with their services and would not recommend their firm.
