Touch and go service for over a year. Had to call the office for every update to my case I revived. Expect communication to be a one way street. The rate says 30% but they will trick you with fine print into giving them 40%.. should have noticed the signs when they told me my lawyer was no longer working there and I talked to him three weeks later. Only after that was I assigned a new attorney. Please do not let this office handle your case if you value your time or money!
At initial evaluation, received call after inquiry via online while shopping for good attorney. Spoke with Jessica who was sweet via voicemail. Unfortunately, upon gathering info fr me, I asked questions in relation to qualifications of the atty b4 I give out all my personal info. She wanted me to fax a medical form signed by my doctor. I'm wary giving such info with no complete info. Instead of her giving me info abt atty, she was very obnoxious & said i have to look it up online myself. Rude!!
