If we could rate Mr.Pugh beyond a 5 star rating we would. He has been our attorney for the last three & a half years, so we are very qualified to write a review. Mr. Pugh is a rising star in the So. Calif area. Extremely competent, focused, intelligent, dedicated, talented and determined. He won the landmark Eckstrom vs Marquesa 2008 view case. This helped countless homeowners in HOA's who refuse to uniformly protect views. He won our case and highly raised our property. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
