Alexander successfully secured summary judgments for a plastics manufacturer in separate multi-year asbestos litigation matters, each involving approximately 70 different parties. He spearheaded a successful summary judgment motion on an eight-figure corporate ownership dispute that had been ongoing for approximately six years prior to taking over the case.
Alexander has obtained numerous successful judgments in favor of construction financing companies with total recovery in the tens of millions of dollars. He successfully formulated and executed a unique procedural strategy to remove a corporate matter from court-ordered arbitration while securing an award for all client's accrued arbitration costs.
