My wife & I retained Alex Jester as a family law attorney to assist us with getting our existing Restraining Order extended. This is something you have to do each year before it expires. Alex didn't file the right paperwork with the court that signifies that he is now representing us and our petition was rejected. When he went to file it again it was after the expiration date and we would have to start all over with our case. He gave us our retainer back after 6 months and his check bounced!
