Hired him in 2024 and paid him $8,000, spent very little time with him, he rarely returned my calls and never completed the job he was required to do. He stopped responding and apparently is now out of business. I am out the money and need a new attorney to do the job he didn’t do.
Charles was hired September of 2023. He has taken our money and not delivered any services. When following up as far as what has been completed or where he is at on the case it is always someone elses fault but his. Mind you he has had the case for over 2 years, taken $3500 so easily and NEVER done anything but give us more grief on top of the stress we had. When we thought we were getting somewhere, we were advised we would be appointed new counsel due to his current medical state. Why would they appoint us someone for something we paid Charles to do. Here we are out of the fines and penalties along with the money he was paid basically to waste our time, energy, and mental well being.
