About Robert John Ross

We help clients navigate the sometimes confusing world of estate planning, helping them avoid paying unnecessary taxes, costs, and fees so that more assets pass efficiently and quickly to enrich the lives of their loved ones or support their favored causes. We design our plans to be enforceable and clear, with a goal of minimizing disputes over our client’s hard-earned legacies.

Bob has 43 years of experience as a practicing lawyer and works with his sons, fellow Illinois attorneys Patrick and Daniel. We thoughtfully counsel and represent persons keeping in mind that each client is important. We are sensitive to the need to minimize overall fees and costs.

Hired Attorney Robert John Ross

Bob was caring and thorough in the preparation of Wills, Trusts and related documents for my wife and I. He listened, questioned as needed to clarify his understanding of our intent, made and explained his recommendations, and prepared the necessary documents. He continues to work with our financial planner in maintaining our estate plan.{para}Bob also assisted with the formation of an Illinois LLC for my consulting practice, continues to advise as required, and serves as its Registered Agent.

Hired Attorney Robert John Ross

Bob Ross is a trustworthy counsel who helped us to set up a clearly written, yet comprehensive, estate plan and will for our family. He is very accessible and responsive to questions. There is no more dedicated lawyer that I have encountered in any setting. I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family who needs an advisor for a will, trust, or business.
