Hired Attorney Mr. Joseph Indelicato

Joseph took my case with only 300.00 down. I was in very bad,controlling, abusive marriage for over 15yrs. No checking account, money saved, or way to support myself and children. His wife Kathy and staff are always there to answer phone calls and help. I have a new start in life because of Joseph and his wife. I am paying only 100.00 a month in payments, because I did not want to anger my husband any more and agreed to pay my own fees. Joseph and Kathy helped me to stand up for myself.

Mr Indelicato was not completely truthful and made promises he did not keep there for i would not recommend him,he did seem to know what he was doing but did not act as though he was interested in my case

Communication was not good, they were very slow in everything they did. In the end they did a good job representing me and getting what I needed in both a divorce and step parent adoption. It ended up costing more than I was quoted and as I said, they were very slow.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM!!! My father hired this joke of a lawyer for $3500 and was promised he could get him off his charge. He forced my elderly father to take a plea deal on a charge when the victim wasn’t cooperating because he was a meth head. If you love your freedom I’m warning you to seek council elsewhere!

The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
