Domingo is extremely knowledgeable and professional, no sugar coating , he goes above and beyond all for the clients best interest. Not only did this law firm come see me in the trauma unit this law firm has a litigation Manager , Michael Fierro who is an expert in his field and will treat you like family. Mr. Fierro will give you weekly updates and will litigate on your behalf which gives you the peace of mind you need for a successful outcome so you can make a full recovery without any worries.
Mi esposo tenia desde el 1980 con mas de 10 abogados en el transcurso que nunca me pudieron areglar. Estubimos peliando para su residencia permanente por medio de la ley del tiempo, de la amnestia y por ajuste ami que soy cuidadana. Se presentaron con nosotros en la entrevista (6am-2:30 pm) y corrigieron varios errores que los otros abogados cometieron y salvaron nuestro caso tanto que por fin nos aprovaron! muy agradecidos por el trabajo y ayuda de la oficina de Castillo y asociados. El abogado supo muy buen como pelear por durante todo nuestro casa y todo si conocimiento lo demostro en la entrevista que me alejaron por fin. Mil gracias abogado Castillo por lograr o que más de 10 abogados no lograron en casi 3 decadas.
I do not recommend Castillo & Associates at all. They honestly will take advantage of you. I was charge $300 for a very sort phone call to USCIS to check the status of a case, and the person who made the phone call pretended to me during this call. When you called the office to make an appointment they do not informed you about fee amount, even though I asked multiple time for the cost of this visit. Worse customer service, and a rip off.
To say that I had a bad experience it’s like make them a compliment, horrible people skills, when you need an attorney you want to feel that he is on your side, your ally, what would you do if your attorney office never returned your calls, and when you decide to go there to talk to them, waiting for 45 minutes past your appointment he shows up at the reception with the bag of Chinese food and asking me do you need to be somewhere else right now ? I said yes at work, but instead I am sitting here for 45 min with no one at the reception waiting for you, his response was classic…he said so… if you so impatient, you can leave and find somebody else. Horrible attitude would never ever recommend dealing with this attorney or the office
