Mason is a horrible person. He never communicated with me at all. Then last minute, before court, he decided to meet with me. I met with him one time. He then came to a mediation with me, for a couple of hours. Then, we went to court and we didn't even make it into court. After it all, I got served with papers for needing to pay him over $30,000! I tried to file back, asking for an itemized list of what exactly Mason had done for $30,000 and I got nothing. I got a judgment against me for it and they started garnishing my wages. I am a single mom, barely surviving, and almost half of my paycheck was going to him. I was finally able to work out a payment arrangement and I have been doing that for almost ten years. After several years of paying, I called to check on my balance, because I never get any emails or papers, updating me on anything. To my surprise, the balance was exactly the same as I started with! I got nowhere, he charges interest! Don't go here!
Overcharged, overpriced, unresponsive. After complaining about how poor of a job he did, I noticed after multiple poor reviews on google maps as well for the same issue he decided to delete his business off of it.
I felt like I was doing all the work and I was the employee but I was paying them. No support or customer service or sense of satisfaction. Very disappointed and will never use them again. They will not tell you their fees up front.
