Holly Wanzer was assigned to my husband's custody case and was a detriment to his custody settlement and access to his child. She has blatant, personal issues with men and was grossly favorable to his ex, an alcoholic, narcissist, abusive parent. Do not use this attorney if you are a father or a male.
I hired Jennifer Habecker to represent me in my divorce. It was a disaster. First, I was continually billed for things that she could not produce that she actually did. None of these items were in my file and the firm could not produce records of - YET, THEY BILLED ME ANYWAY. Jennifer never got my ex-husbands financial records and the amount of the QDRO was nothing near what they said I should receive. My ex-husband drained our bank accounts after we just refinanced and in mediation I was told all that money was his. I didn't want to sign the agreement in mediation and she told me I had to listen to my mediator who was granted special privileges to make decisions in mediations. The deal was horrible. She didn't do anything to fight for me or my kids. She knew she was getting paid and just sat there and played on her phone. Horrible attorney. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! They pretend to advocate for domestic violence victims and instead they take their money because they are easy targets.
Holly was the PC for our case. She creates more problems than she solves. Her communications were erratic. Sometimes she would respond immediately and other times she wouldn't respond at all. She does not stay impartial, which directly contradicts her role as a mediator. Worst of all, she interprets family law from her perspective diverging from the consensus. Her billing constantly contained errors and excess charges. The other reviewer mentioned her going against her own blog and we also saw several topics where she recommended in conflict with the Indiana Parenting Time Guideline. Would not recommend.
