Hired Attorney

Ms. Lopez was very professional and very responsive to my questions and concerns. I got the impression that she wanted to do the right thing not just make money. She made sure that I was prepared with the proper paperwork before we went to court and kept me informed regarding what was going on with the case. She was accessible by cell phone as well as at her office phone. She is also bi-lingual and has a heart for working with the Spanish speaking community in the Indianapolis area.

When I interviewed her, I asked all the questions that were on my mind, seeing that I was just beginning a divorce, I wanted to know how much I could keep, etc. She educated me about the process and gave me a level-set on expectations. But the best thing was after speaking to her, I realized I really had to focus on my kids and that everything I did thru the process had to be in the best interest of my kids. So, after a few years, I am in a very good relationship with my kids!
