Thomas Rethlake, or T.J., as everyone calls him, interned at The Nice Law Firm while in law school and began his legal career at the firm immediately after passing the bar. He was sworn in on Thursday, started work the next Monday, and was representing clients in court on Tuesday. After several years of general practice, he focuses in the areas of Real Estate; Small Business; Business Litigation; General Litigation; Family Law; and Estate Law.

Before and during law school, T.J. was employed as finance manager at a local car dealership. He utilizes his prior experience and undergraduate degree in finance and marketing to assist his business clients.

T.J. is the recipient of the 2019 People’s Choice Award for Best Attorney in Kokomo.
