Attorney Mike Ruppert is a lion who will get you your rights and fight for you. I have worked with many lawyers before but when it comes to Mike, I'm very impressed by his very effective performance in court. He might yell at you in private conversation but that's for your benefit in order to help you in your case. I followed his advice. He won my case. I highly recommend.

I got very little help from Paula. Every time we met I felt she was unprepared, she had not really taken the time to sit down and study my case. We ended up going to mediation because of her advice, and once there her focus was much more on appeasing / comforting me than on actually working for me. She backpedaled in the mediation on advice she had provided during the actual preparation for it. She couldn't defend or even explain, during mediation, how the opposing counsel had calculated my sal

I initially hired Paula in regards of a high conflict custody case. Initially, our first consultation, she made all these promises to be able to win the case, after paying the retainer fee which she made me think she needed asap, communication dwindled, and all those promises fell through. When having to write discovery, all she stated was to do it to the best of my ability, without any advice on how to proceed with some of the questions. Thank goodness for google. Ended up being charged for every email sent and received. Most emails were responded to by paralegal and she still wasn’t very helpful. Paula had no care for my case and seemingly just was in it for the money. Ended up doing most of the actual agreement myself along with opposing counsel. All Paula did was sign over papers, just for me to owe thousands. Highly don’t recommend.

My friend hired Mike Ruppert to handle a relatively straightforward divorce. No children involved. The case has still not been resolved after a year and thousands of dollars later. On multiple occasions, Mike agreed to continuances of mediation sessions and hearings without consulting with my friend. My friend learned of these continuances through emails from Mike's paralegal stating that a new date had been set and to put it on his calendar. Communication is extremely poor. In addition, my friend feels that billing has been excessive. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Awful! A week after they had my money I waited to hear from them. No call, email, nothing. I left voicemail for the lawyer I'd met with. I received a voicemail back, seemingly confused why I was unhappy. ANOTHER WEEK, not hearing anything and not even knowing if my case had even been looked at by anyone. I finally called and got the lawyer on the phone. She was "sorry she hadn't touched base." My case hadn't been touched.{para}A 30-second call thanking me for my business would have sufficed.{para}Fired!
