Hired Attorney Mr. Donald L. Poynter

Don was awesome to work with. He was very calm and patient even though we had a lot of questions for him. We were a little stressed out about what it was going to take to get our partnership agreement and liability waiver, but Don put them together very efficiently and much quicker than we expected. We were also very impressed with the quality of the documents and his ability to explain everything we were unsure about in layman’s terms. I'm still going through my personal injury case. The secretary Ireland is a very strong point of this law firm. I don't want to jump the gun but I attended my mediation and wasn't happy with it we did not reach a settlement. I really would like my attorney to fight harder for me and become more aggressive. I hear all the support the defense has. I have witnesses and also supported documentation for my legal team to fight harder for us. Hopefully things change and supporting evidence is reviewed.
