Do not hire him he charges big money promises u the world then once gets ur money didnt even care enough to show up to the only court date he was needed! He doesnt care about his clients once gets ur money! Do urself and loved ones a favor hire someone else someone who at least cares emought to show up!
A HUGE disappointment. Did not respond to a single phone call. Did not explain the situation with honesty. Got more help from the woman on the phone than I ever got from him. He is deceptive and - I hate to say it - but he is entirely worthless as a lawyer. Find someone else. Takes a huge amount of $$ and doesn't deliver anything. I don't know how this guy manages to sleep at night when he treats people who really need help with such disrespect.
Absolutely do not hire this firm. They will take your money and then do whatever is the easiest for them to get rid of your case. As soon as they have your money it's over. Lied to, over and over again until the last minute, then told to grovel and hope for the best.
Dan Moore took 3500.00 of my money, talked to me one time one he phone for 20 minutes, appeared in court for me 1 time, and then failed to return any further phone calls from me. Then to add insult to injury removed himself as counsel. Still wont return my calls requesting a refund of the unused funds. I signed not one piece of paper from him about this transaction. The only time I ever met him was the day he showed up for court.
