Found the firm very responsive. They were thorough and told me what to expect. They searched my options, gave me their thoughts and reasons for them, then let me think it over. There was not any high pressure sales tactics -- I would have just walked out. I have recommended them to others.

Have questions and need help dealing with some of the companies and I don't know if there are communication problems from secretary to lawyer or what but can't seem to talk to the lawyer only the secretary and I'm not getting as timely a response as I think I should with answers

well it was hard to get a hold of someone when i had questions, they wouldnt call back. another instance was told i could set up payment arrangements to the trustee of the court and i could call her and set it up. they lawyer was supposed to call her and set up, it didnt know the process, when i called her she made me feel so low just because i filed bankruptcy, not what she said but her tone, she said she didnt know why my lawyer told me to call she wasnt a bank and she didnt do stuff like that

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
