    Lewis Wagner, LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana, successfully defended a mid-west moving
    storage company client in a personal property case in Marion County Small Claims Court in Indiana.
    The lawsuit arose after a son passed away unexpectedly
    without a will
    subsequently leaving multiple storage units without a rightful owner. The Plaintiff alleged the company did not properly transfer property to the family
    sued for access to the unit
    $8000.00.
    The Court found that the moving
    storage company was entitled to withhold access to the storage unit until the original document requested by the company was provided to them. Additionally, the Court did not give any damages to the Plaintiff.
