Was involved in slip and fall where business did not remove snow around the handicap parking place resulting in me breaking my arm. After having the case in their office since the fall in January...it is now September, they notify me that because the insurance company doesn't want to pay anything I need to find someone else. Leaving me high and dry without representation after telling me they would be there to help me.
