About John A. Millspaugh

John Millspaugh is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans and chair of the Business Services Group. His practice is focused on complex transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions; venture capital, private equity, debt and other financing transactions; joint ventures and strategic alliances; product development and supply agreements; antitrust matters; and other general corporate and contract matters for national and international corporations. He regularly advises entrepreneurial businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, private equity and venture capital firms large and small, individual entrepreneurs, and other business endeavors.

John also has experience representing clients in federal regulatory matters before the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
