My lawyer was Rachelle Ponist and I really wish I could give her zero stars due to her constant negligence. She missed two of my important court dates and was never available to talk until the day of my court hearings. Anything that was done as far as action I did my self including finally getting my son back in my custody as his biological mother after not having him for 8months; due to my ex spouse kidnapping him. (Non biological) Rachelle sold me a dream and she did not uphold it. I told her the most important thing to me was my son and the care and the well being of him and she said we are going to get him Back and we will worry about divorce second. She requested $2500 due to the complexity of the case after hearing all the facts, which was more than her regular intake rate and she missed my very first court date then laughed it off like it was okay. I have paperwork with her representing the opposing party which prolonged certain actions. However she did charge me consistently.
