Working with this Law Office and Attorney J. David Young was An EPIC FAILURE. His communication seem to be Rapid Through Email but actual conversation by phone was Rare. He was Retained To Represent Me On A Speeding Ticket (Cited) For While driving through Marion County Indianapolis, IN. Attorney J. David Young Malpracticed and Carelessly Misinterpreted On Every Level. My Original violation was 58/40 MPH Through Construction but Speed posted 55 MPH For Commercial Trucks. I Entered ‘A Guilty Plea For ‘A Amended verdict *45/40* which was Agreed upon signed by All Parties (Myself, Attorney, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Judge Marcel Pratt) PAID My Fine before date. To My surprise J. David Young Failed To Submit The SR-16 (Amended Documentation) To The BMV of Indiana which is ‘a substitute For Lesser Charge which was going to be updated Through My States DMV and Reflect on My MVR!! Now I’m Fighting Him and All while still Needing an Amendment to Abstract of Judgement.
I scheduled David Young to be at a juvenile hearing for our son. On the hearing day, Mr Young canceled at 1:pm when the meeting was to be at 3:pm. He said that he "did not need to be there". I called his office and asked why he would not be there. He became angry with me! We hired him. When the chips are down, don't count on this person representing you well. You just might have to represent yourself!!
David J. Young canceled on the day of my son needing him the most!With less than three hours before his appointment, he let our family down. Be careful when you hire this man. You might get to represent yourself! Most importantly, he was rude, belligerent, and aggressive to me...the client!!!
