From my initial contact with Jerry and his staff until final resolution of my case I was thoroughly satisfied with,and sincerely appreciative of their professionalism, dedication and personal attention. They continually apprised me of developments, delays, and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. To try and put into perspective how much I owe them, the first law firm I contacted told me my case wasn't "winnable" and would be a waste of time. I rest my case!

It was a great pleasure to work with the firm of Garau Germano Hanley & Pennington throughout our very long, drawn out case. No matter who we spoke to within the firm, they were always very kind, helpful and prompt in responding to our needs. Deb Pennington was who we worked with the most often. Deb Pennington, Did an out standing job in handling my case for my daughter & I. She made me feel comfortable at all times during the difficult time we were going through. She was always available to take my calls when ever I had any questions or concerns about the case. She was very helpful during all the depositions and she would explain anything I did not understand. As a client of Deb, I would feel very comfortable in being able to recommend her to any one in need of a lawyer.
