Dusty Moloy is of counsel to Bose McKinney & Evans and a member of the Gaming Group. Dusty is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, an organization of pre-eminent gaming attorneys from around the world.
Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Moloy spent more than four years as an attorney at the Indiana Gaming Commission, where he rose to deputy general counsel and provided a wide range of legal and regulatory services associated with the casino and sports wagering industries. Prior to his time with the IGC, Moloy worked at a small Indianapolis law firm as an associate attorney, where he gained experience in litigation, transactions, class action lawsuits and collections. During law school, he served as an enforcement extern for the NCAA.
