About Donald M. Meyer

Donald M. Meyer is a partner of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where he is a member of the Tax, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, and Business Services Groups. Don currently serves as chair of the Tax Group. In his diverse practice, he works with public and private companies, large and small nonprofit organizations, public schools and colleges, ESOPs and other ERISA plans, and health care providers, as well as executives and sole proprietors. Don provides his legal knowledge and advice to these clients with respect to their assorted business, tax and benefits needs, while also serving in a general counsel capacity for various clients. When necessary, he represents his clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Indiana Department of Revenue and other government agencies.
