Ciobanu Law, P.C.'s principal attorney Andrea Ciobanu, MPA, JD, has argued complex cases before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the US District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Indiana, and she has been admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court.

Andrea is both a diligent litigator and a strategic negotiator. She is a registered civil mediator who served as the Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Indiana State Bar Association. Whenever possible, Andrea employs her knowledge of cooperative negotiation techniques to resolve her clients' cases before trial.

I can attest to the fact that Ciobanu Law is an experienced firm that fights for its clients. I consulted Ciobanu Law for a housing matter several years ago and their level-headed advice helped me to resolve my issue amicably. Later, I consulted them again for an auto accident and was simply thrilled with the result. Ciobanu Law truly cares about their clients and works diligently to keep costs down, too!
