Charlie has been a practicing attorney in Indiana since 1993. He founded his own law firm in 1996 and has concentrated solely on representing injured workers ever since. Charlie accepts worker’s compensation cases throughout Indiana and has represented thousands of people who have been injured on the job.

Charlie has authored seminar materials relating to Indiana worker's compensation laws and is often asked to speak at seminars dealing with work injury issues. He has contributed to seminars produced by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF); the National Business Institute (NBI), and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), which have helped educate attorneys and other professionals about the intricacies of the Indiana Worker's Compensation Act.

If you are in need of a Work Comp lawyer, Charlie is the man for you! He is a no nonsense guy and will do what it takes to get you the care that you need. A true BULLDOG attorney who will go above and beyond for his clients. I've received messages on the weekend and late at night from him, which tells me he's always working for his clients! I recommend him to anybody in need of a Lawyer that actually cares about getting the job done and done RIGHT!

Charlie has always responded back to all my messages very quickly. Charlie always keeps me informed and is very quick about getting things taken care of that need to be done such as paperwork he needs from me, to help get my case resolved. He definitely knows the do's and don't's of the law.

I have used Mr Carlock expertise a couple times over the past 10 years and have always been impressed with his honest and direct approach. Recently, I was involved in an accident at work and knew exactly who to call. He put a lot of time and effort into my complicated case but we prevailed and I appreciate everything he did for me. Honest, direct, and a fighter. What else do you need in an attorney ?

Charles took on my workman's compensation case and always returned my calls in a timely manner; answered my questions fully and I have and will continue to recommend Mr Carlock for these type of cases. He is knowledgeable about the laws and got my case settled quickly and above my expectations. He is a no-nonsense type of lawyer which I feel is the best kind to have in these types of cases.
