I believe my parental rights were distorted, disregarded and not safeguarded. Winter 2019, Cassandra drew up a motion, that I attempt to safely pick up my child during a 15 minute work break that included highway travel. It was unreasonable. The lawyer refused to request a final hearing, and ultimately asked to be released from a $6700 bill by the Court due to financial hardship.
