Hired Attorney

I was at another law firm for my felony case. That lawyer treated me like I was just another criminal who he wanted money from. I switched to Bryce, it was a completely different experience! Bryce took time with me and explained my options. He was kind and seemed to really care about me as a person. He even spoke with my wife and answered her questions. This was a really rough time in my life but Bryce made me feel like he was on my side, I know I paid for that but he actually cared about me. He counseled me not just legally but also emotionally and spiritually. Eventually we took the case to trial and he was a master in the courtroom. He put on a show for the jury and even argued with the judge to make sure the law was being followed. I was found not guilty! The money was well worth it! Bryce was wonderful from the first day I met him. He is a great lawyer and an even better man. If you are in legal trouble you want Wagner!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
