Ciyou & Dixon made our contract negotiation experience very pleasant. My wife and I had many questions and they addressed each of them, in detail. We felt protected and well educated. Thank you!
I am so thankful to have had Bryan and his team on my side throughout my custody battle. Things got very messy, and opposing counsel and party became very difficult at times but Bryan kept me calm and did exactly as I asked him to from start to finish. He got me a much better outcome than I had expected with an emergency custody/paternity case with both Hamilton co and Marion co courts. Thanks so much Bryan and team!
Exceptional Experience. Detailed and Compassionate! Bryan, Alex and his team are knowledgeable and very detailed. They gave me several different options and approaches to consider and allowed me to participate in the path that best matched the outcome I desired. From start to finish, my interaction with Bryan and his team was exceptional. I highly recommend Bryan, Alex and the entire team at Ciyou & Dixon. If I'm in need of legal service again, I will call them first.
The Attorney You Don’t Want On Your Side My case was mishandled, neglected, had little to no communications by Mr. Ciyou and his staff. This is just a short synopsis of all the issues that were not handled appropriately by Mr. Ciyou and his staff. Mr. Ciyou builds this hype and excitement of his experience and appellate work on what potentially can be done with your case, however, delivered on nothing. He managed to file with the court a new address and a continuance, of which was denied. That is all he accomplished and billed for over $8,000.00. The best part is approximately seven days before trial he demanded $20,000.00 or he was resigning. And that motion he filed that he was withdrawing to the court, surprisingly had my contact address wrong on the motion to the court, I guess that motion to correct my address really paid off well…. I would highly not recommend him unless you want to be left in a state of perpetual confusion, chaos, and drained of every dollar you have.
Hired for child custody case. Bryan charged me $12,000 for 6 weeks he was on the case to bring him up to speed basically, then quit. Blames the victim even more than the system already has. Not trained in parental alienation. Not thorough! Wanted me to have a parental assessment from a biased PhD that already put me in this situation years ago and a PhD had to counteract that evaluation. Over Promises. Under delivers. Doesn’t care about kids living with drug and alcohol convicts! All about $$$!
