While going through the process for my husband, it seemed that nothing was being done until I would call and ask. It had cost way more then it should have. There was more that I had to pay out and was working on this case at the end myself with now help. I'm so disappointed that this company says one thing but does another costing more money then it should and leaving the client to do the work

I unfortunately had Melanie Reichert as a mediator for my divorce. She is granted special privileges in Hamilton County to make decisions and act as a judge in mediations. With the privilege she made incredibly biased decisions. Ms. Reichert threatened me to take the deal or she would make sure I had everything taken away. I have filed a Color of Law against Ms. Reichert because of her abuse of power and biased decisions. One of the worst parts was telling me the only law she had to follow was mandatory reporting of abuse. After I told her my ex-husband was recording my children on their computers and phones for 10 years 24/7 and was also letting other people on their computers to view them. She quickly told me she was not going to report the abuse, and she only had to report abuse when she felt like it. Ms. Reichert made the decision to refuse me copies of my ex-husbands 401k statement. My ex-husband drained our bank accounts after refinancing our house. She awarded him the money!
