This lawyer was always wanting money for nothing accomplished. He doesn't listen to client's advise, especially on military issues. He also seemed confused to me and always in a hurry. He wasn't willing to fight for me for spousal support. I should have dropped him then. The judge wondered why at the final hearing why spousal maintenance wasn't asked for. Change of venue was unsuccessful, and he got me 2,000 total in cash that I rated for 10,500 spent.
I was referred to this attorney and called to explain that I was looking to sue my university. Before I could even fully explain my situation, he asked what my major was. After I answered, he abruptly stated he wouldn’t take my case and questioned if I had enough money for him. He was dismissive, rude, and didn’t give me the courtesy of hearing me out. The interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend his services to anyone.
