One of the best there is. Direct and to the point. Dedicates time and effort into each and every detail of the case. He is very responsive and communicates daily! He never steered me wrong with any of my cases. I am sober 9 years and I give a lot of credit to this lawyer!

About 29 years ago, I was in an accident on I-64 and the crooked cops around Evansville decided to invent their own science that would mess up my life. I had a friend that recommended Andy (not Andrew yet) and looked no further after speaking to him. He disposed of my case in only a few months with only one appearance and made their police lab look like a fisher-price chemistry set. The only regret I have is not holding those cops accountable. It is an impossibility that any conclusion could be drawn other than an evil police force has layers of corruption and I'm grateful I had the means and could hire the talent to expose it. I hope those responsible have been put out to pasture by now, but I'm sure many people suffered and could still be locked up & didn't have the same outcome. Police can be a light in a dark world: shameful when they ARE the dark. I wanted to litigate for Oprah money, so the world owes Andy a thanks since I would have renamed Evansville to Dave's World.

This man is a crook. He was paid $25,000 and did absolutely nothing. This man screamed, yelled, cursed and belittled his clients family. He broke attorney/client privileges repeatedly. He discussed his clients case with the codefenent!!!!! Do not trust your life in this man's hands!!! He will take your money and feed you to the wolves!!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
