About Alexander J. Limontes

Alex is originally from Florida and came up to Indiana in 1999 to play football for Hanover College. After graduating from Hanover in 2003, Alex went back to Orlando, FL, where he worked as a social worker for a year. Alex was a law clerk for Bill Hurst during much of law school. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 2007 and began his career as a trial attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. Alex has conducted hundreds of trials and hearings as an attorney.

Alex believes in community involvement and has worked closely with established Indianapolis organizations such as the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, the Julian Center, and the Muslim Legal Clinic. Currently, Alex serves on the Board of Directors at the Emberwood Center and the Indianapolis Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Committee. He is also licensed to practice law in Indiana and Florida. Alex is a bilingual attorney of Cuban decent. He lives in Indianapolis, IN, with his fiancée, Ariane.

In 2019, my wife was in a car accident and cracked her sternum. This wasn’t our first time being in an accident, but it was the first time being injured and we were lost on how to proceed. After talking with some friends, they felt we were entitled to compensation for her pain, suffering, and loss of wages. Thankfully, we were referred to Alex Limontes and the rest was history. Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful to me and my family after a serious car accident in Indianapolis. The insurance company for the other driver offered me $500 to settle the case. Alex is a very honest guy and was straight with me from the very beginning. He communicated often and was great at explaining complicated legal issues. I never doubted that he was a good lawyer but I came to realize that he’s an even better person.
