Horrible representation from Athina Powers and her entire team. Her entire office is incompetent. My entire experience has been traumatizing enough and this attorney was the final blow. I filed my own TRO's which the judge approved and sided with me. I was the victim in my case and ended up losing after Athina's horrible game plan failed miserably in the courtroom. The judge had a hard time understanding her. She at times made no sense at all. She had me on the stand longer than my ex. Trying to incriminate me. What a joke. During our initial phone conversation, she says all the things you want to hear but once hired she disappeared. And I get that she has other clients but when she's charging me $4,000 I expect some form of work done and communications. She charged me $4,000 to file an amended TRO which she filed late.
