Jonathon proved why he belongs to one of Cleveland;s Best Law Firms! From day one he showed compassion and concern for my case. I always received a quick call back when I had questions regarding the long process of getting justice for myself and the other victims affected by the wrongful actions of a particular cardiologist. Let's just say I'm still in shock! People, if you are serious about finding a law firm which is right for you; look no further! July 6, 2018 is a day that would change my life forever. On that day, I was in a serious car accident and broke my back. The pain in my back got to the point I needed surgery in order to walk again. Because of the accident and surgery, I missed a lot of work and had a pile of medical bills to pay (the person who hit us had no insurance). I figured I had no place to turn. After the surgery and getting back on my two feet, the hard part started. I am looking at weekly physical therapy for the rest of my life in order to maintain myself. Trying to deal with insurance companies on my own was almost as painful as the pain in my back. On a great recommendation, I contacted Jordan Lebovitz of Nurenberg-Paris Heller & McCarthy Injury Law. Jordan was up front with me from the start. He said he would work hard to get me what I deserved and to let him handle things. It

Jonathan represented my family after horrible mistakes were made during a routine, outpatient surgery that resulted in the wrongful and untimely death of my mother. He is a kind and compassionate person and he handled our case like a true professional. The staff at Nurenberg, Paris treated us with dignity and respect at all times. Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Heller

I suffered a severe brain injury and whiplash in an auto accident. Jeffrey and his case manager Alex Matty were very helpful and understanding through the entire process. I probably needed more assistance than normal due to my brain doesn't function very well, but they were very understanding and patient. We received a very fair settlement without going into court considering the at-fault party had state minimum insurance. I hope I never need his services again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate.
