Mr. Sommer has represented me on a number of occasions. He is consistently thorough, professional, and quick to respond. I especially appreciate his ability to explain complex matters in ordinary English.

Our case was dismissed due to negligence from our attorney. Upon requesting the complete case file, Mr.Sommer has failed to comply and did not respond in a timely fashion, if even at all, in requests leading up to the date of the dismissal date. In fact, he wasn't even aware that the case had been dismissed at all and had no valid justification as to why he did not provide open communication. He has also made discriminatory comments toward us, his clientele, despite having paid for services.
