On more than one occasion I was told that it was my responsibility to contact my debtors even though I had to provide them with all of the information. Ms. Benedict was not prepared for our court date. I was NOT pleased AT ALL with this firm. She had one excuse after another. I DO NOT recommend her to anyone. I almost contacted the Missouri State Bar!
