Mr. Helm is the GREATEST. He always makes me feel comfortable in his presence and is always attentive to hear what I have to say. He is always respectful and VERY knowledged in Laws no matter what the topic is. Your the best.... Sincerly, Stephanie Sanders

Hired Attorney

Hired him thinking he is a judge. Big mistake. Ego!!!! Was all he had. He really had no regard/respect for first responders in my case. I Had asked him if he ever had issues with State before. He lied and failed share of his reprimand publicly. When re-asked about it he told me to get the f#&k out of his office. He pretty much thinks he is untouchable. His eyes were bloodshot with every interaction I had with him. Nothing wrong with a drink now and then but he had just arrived in his office. Not sure if he was driving. Stay clear. If I could give zero stars I would.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
