Answered by attorney Michael Alexander Yurasov-Lichtenberg (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Havens Lichtenberg PLLC
$420 for I-130 $1070 for I-485 Make separate checks and mark them on the memo line "Filing fee for Form I-130" and "Filing fee for Form I-485". Don't forget to enclose form I-765 (for employment card) in the packet, with 2 photographs: your wife will receive an employment card in about 90 days; and sending the application with I-130/I-485 packet lets you avoid paying $380 for filing it.

How can I file for my daughter’s citizenship?

Answered by attorney Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

If I am a US citizen, can I sponsor my mom to get a green card?

Matthew Scott Kriezelman
Answered by attorney Matthew Scott Kriezelman (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Kriezelman Burton & Associates, LLC
Yes you may sponsor your mom for a green card if you are a U.S. citizen. She still would need to meet all the other eligibility requirements in order to receive her lawful permanent residence in the United States.
