My Italian fried is marrying a US citizen; if she then wants to divorce will she lose her green card?

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
If the marriage is entered into for legitimate reasons and there is a divorce she can argue that the adjustment should be allowed. If she is marrying to get the Green Card she will be involved in a fraud and will have serious problems.

How can i get a work visa for u.s.

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
If your fiancé is a US citizen, he or she can file a K-1 fiancé petition on your behalf. When you come to the US, you would marry within 90 days and apply for an adjustment of status through form I-485 and an employment authorization application through form I-765. If you would like to otherwise obtain a work visa or a visitors visa/work visa while here, you should consult with an immigration lawyer to go over your options. How do I send an invitation for my fiancé to visit me in the US without getting married here?

You need to apply for k1 visa or get married in his or some other country. Otherwise, the only thing he can do is to apply for a work visa.
