Can I reapply if my petition of naturalization was denied?

You should be able to re-apply after 5 years. I am curious to know what kind of questions they asked and what was the reason. Come and see me for a free consultation.

I have an open request for an extension of my visa cause the pandemic, I managed to leave the USA. What should I do, withdraw or let it cancel?

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
It is probably best form for you to send a request to USCIS to cancel your application at this time since you have left the US. Otherwise USCIS will likely deny the request anyway upon finding that you have already left the country. Can I petition for my fiance and my soon to be step-daughter?

Answered by attorney Hans Burgos (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Hans Burgos, P.A., Immigration Law Offices
You may petition for your fiance, but not for your soon to be step-daughter since she, having reached the age of 18, would not be considered your "stepchild" under the INA.
